Dryer made short noise and stopped
Model Number: LGR8858EQ1 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
 I really need someones expertise. I can't tell if the dryer button for on off or the ignitor would cause the dryer to stop working.Power source is good. I pushed dryer button to start cycle and I heard a longer than normal start (ugly screeching)sound until I let go of button,then it got worse until dryer stopped all together.
