When the dryer is running, isn't the heater element suppose to be glowing orange when it's on the drying cycle? My dryer heater element is warm but not very warm. Does that make sense? This all started when the dryer was not drying clothes very fast. I had my son look at it and he thought it was a timer. I ordered a timer and when he took the wires off the timer, he forgot how some of them went back on. We followed the wire diagram as good as we could but the dryer is still not heating up all the way. We replaced the fuse limit kit La-1053, checked for continuity on the heater element and also on the cycling switch. Everything was good. Where do I go from here?

Thanks, will look at that today. Do you have a breakdown on what wires go where on the timer?
