Kenmore Dryer making rubbing noise
Model Number: 41784052500 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years
The belt broke on my dryer awhile back and took out the heating element. Both were replaced along with the drum bearing and the idler arm spring. Had it apart figured might as well. Since then it seems the drum does not sit correctly and rubs the heating element. Which I've had to replace twice more. What would make the drum sit at such an angle. Yes I made sure the drum bearing is seated correctly and that the drum is seated on the front panel correctly.
