My dryer has been leaving little holes, tears & scorch marks on clothing from time to time over the last 2-3 weeks. I suspect the issue is in the front drum glides as the drum appears to be sitting too low and I've found clothing caught/pinched in the drum.

My question is how to access the front of the drum to change the glides? Do I have to access it from the back somehow?
