My dryer makes a loud thumping, rumbling like noise, somewhat off balance. Clothes get stuck in back of tumbler, have cause small holes in clothes & getting black grease/oil spots on clothes. Felt seal or drum belt possibly?

Thumping is often a problem with the rear drum support rollers (item 21 in section 08).

Since you have to open the unit up ypu may as well also check the felt drum seals, the support roller shafts, the front glide, the belt etc. so that you will have an idea what it will cost to give the unit a bit of an overhaul.
It is also a good time to check/clean your vent system.
