Model Number: LE4307W Brand: Amana Age: 5 - 10 years
I have owned this Amanda dryer for several years. The heating element kept burning out and i have replaced it 2 or 3 times. Finally, in frustration, i bought a new dryer and this one has been sitting in my basement for about 3 years. Could this be a problem with the timer or some other control? I was told by a repairman that after i paid him and bought the parts, it would be cheaper to buy another dryer. Is this worth trying to repair myself?
