I need to remove the lid on the dryer to access the drum and replace a broken baffle. I was told there are two plastic clips, one on the right side and one on the left side between the front panel and the dryer top lid. Supposedly, you can insert a putty knife and pry the clips open. Where exactly are the clips located? I've inserted a putty knife in several different spots on the left and right side in the crack between the front panel and dryer top, but it wont budge!

Hi.

To remove the front panel on your model dryer take out two screws at the bottom one on each side, then lift the bottom away and disengage the top clips.
