My dryer is not heating. I've checked all of the fuses and the heating element and all have continuity. In fact, the thermal fuse, the heating element, and the high temp fuse are all newly replaced. All of the intake and blower areas are free of lint. What other parts should I check? How do I check to see if the temperature selection switch is working?

Hi.
Have you checked if there is 240VAC at the wall outlet?
Simon.

I had a repairman come out and evaluate the problem. While I was getting 120V, there was no 220V. He suggested I change the circuit breaker. I have now, in fact, replaced the breaker, the wall outlet, and the power cord (4 prong) for the dryer. Unfortunately, it seemed to work for a few minutes (getting hot) but now only blows air again, so I'm back to square one. I've not rechecked anything at this point.
There was a small black discoloration on the end of the "L" prong of the power cord I replaced, but I couldn't see any other issues within the plug itself.
