Dryer Repair

I have a GEW 9250PT1 that will not start. The "Damp" status and "Extra Low" temp lights are on dimly. I have been able to get it started once in a while by using a hair dryer in the tub for a while and after the controls respond was able to do a self test that did not show any fault codes. I think I have hit a hard failure point now, nothing I do is getting the dryer to come on. Any ideas, suggestions, or other info you might have for me would be appreciated. Calling a technician is getting pretty high on my list.

Hello,

Access the machine control board (#57 at the diagram). Measure the voltage between the wires connected to the terminals P1-5 & P1-2 at the control board. Post the results.
