Model Number: dvl223eb4ww Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
I have noticed lately that my dryer has been taking a longer than usual time to dry clothes. I got around to cleaning it, and the first thing I did was go to the back, and clean out the exhaust pipe. Then I cam to the front, opened the front door to see if there was lint beneath the lint trap. Yup there was and is a whole bunch. I removed as much as I can by reaching down with my hand and pulling it out. But there is a lot more thats clogging the exhaust intake. How do I take off the top lid and the front of this dryer so that I can access the exhaust intake? Also do I need to also clean the exhaust pipe that leads from the wall to the exterior and if so whats the best way to do it
