Whirlpool Duet runs but no heat. We replaced the heating element (which was clearly bad) but the thermal cutoff and thermal fuse both tested fine. I double checked the breaker and still no luck. Last thing I did was to run the diagnostic which came back as a 7E. The only google hit I get on this is someone claiming a bad door switch, but as the dryer still tumbles, that doesn't seem to make sense.

Any other ideas? does anyone know what 7E indicates?
