Our dryer is not firing. The igniter is not glowing but does have continuity. I also turned on the dryer and checked for voltage at the connector powering the igniter with nothing reading. Help Please.

Thanks,

Hi.

Take off the kick panel and on the top of the blower housing locate the thermal fuse Part number: 3390719
Part number: 3390719

Check the continuity of the fuse and replace if open.
The open thermal fuse indicates normally restricted air flow.
Check the exhaust in and out.

Here are the breakdown diagrams and Bulkhead parts for Whirlpool GGW9200LW0 - AppliancePartsPros.com

For easier access to the fuse remove the filter housing Part number: 8530036
Part number: 8530036

Post the results.

Simon.
