Need help with Dryer.
No heat all of a sudden. Need to know what parts need to be checked. Can I get a possible list. Did not trip but shut off curcuit breaker and turned it back on. Changed out heat element, still doesn't work. Disconnected wires from list below and measured Ohms and this is what I got and need feedback. Heating element-10 ohms Thermal fuse (2 blue wires) .4 ohms Thermal cut off kit? top thermostat-no reading when unplugged -when plugged in 9.75 Ohms Bottom themostat-.8 ohms Cycling thermostat- (4 wires) red-red .4 ohms violet-violet 7.04 ohms As far as I know, I'm measuring correctly. Any comments would be helpful. Thank you Ads By Google Related Models Last edited by vvmac : 12-04-2012 at 10:57 AM. |
