Without a model number I will give you the generic Frigidaire answer.
Insert a screw driver or putty knife in the gap between the top and front near the edges to release clips that hold the top to the cabinet. You can then take off the front, and remove the service access panel in back to get to the pulley. Put the new belt on, hook it around the idler pulley and put the machine back together.
