Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 2/1/2008(UTC) Posts: 1		I have searched for this part (#3205014 - lint housing cover) and have been told many times it is no longer available and no one seems to have a substitute part. What do I do now? This cover holds the lint filter in place and with it broken it is snagging the clothes. Can I remove it and run the dryer without a lint filter? I don't want to start a fire. Does anyone know of a source that might have some very old parts? :confused:

Here in Ventura County there are several: I know of one in Saticoy, CA: MARS Appliance Recycling 805/671-9394 which has a large "pick-a-part" (self-service) storage lot.

I Intend To Keep My Old Machine Working Until It Faints.....lol
