Dryer Repair

We purchased a new kenmore electric dryer and it runs but there's no heat. This is actually the second one from the store. After running diagnostics on the first one, they said we could exchange it as they couldn't figure out why it wouldn't heat up. Now we have another brand new Kenmore dryer that won't heat up either, but it runs. Any idea or suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi.

You may have intermittent 240VAC power supply. Check the voltage.
