Here are your parts
Parts for Whirlpool LER4634EQ0 Dryer - AppliancePartsPros.com See the attachment for the wiring diagram Could be a number of things bad start switch, bad door switch, blown motor, bad timer contacts or a bad wire/connection. All of theses can be checked using a meter and resistance. How do you know it has power? Did you measure it at the terminal strip with a meter. Neutral to L1 (120 volts) is what runs the motor. If you put the timer at mid-cycle timed dry, door closed the timer should advance even with the motor off.
