There are no front drum support rollers in your dryer.
Very likely the problem is a worn out rear drum support rollers and/or a bad idler pulley. It is also a good time to replace the drive belt. The disassembly instructions are attached to the post. - The drum support roller kit Part number: 349241T - The idler pulley Part number: 691366 - The drive belt Part number: 341241 Here are the breakdown diagrams and Parts for Whirlpool LG7801XMW2 Dryer - AppliancePartsPros.com Gene.
