What will cause the heating element to come on intermittent? Checked thermal fuse, thermal cut-off,high temperature thermostat, cycling thermostat and all read 0.2ohms (is this good?)next I tested the heating element and got a reading of 9.7ohms so I removed the heating element and layed it on the ground and started the dryer that's how I knew the heating element was only staying on for a short time I'd also checked the outlet I'm getting 240v the dryer 240v. One other thing I'm not sure why the two purple wires on the cycling thermostat wasn't reading anything (I think they were purple). What else could I check for or maybe I made a mistake somewhere. Please help cause Im trying to help a co-worker out so I don't want to start buying wrong parts. Thanks!
