Dryer Repair

My dryer runs but seems like it is not blowing any hot or cold air. I went outside and check the exhaust vent and it is blowing out hot there. Can the dryer get clogged up? The dryer was working before we dried to large comforters. Any Ideas?

are the comforters torn with stuffing missing if so stuffing maybe blocking internal exhaust of dryer
