Electric dryer won't tumble, no heat.

I checked and have continuity on Thermal Fuse as well as others in the vent and on heating element. Door switch seems to work - clicks, and the interior light goes on. Start switch works I think - continuity to two of three terminals and end of cycle buzzer, and it seems to reset and click after door is opened or timer twisted from off to on positions.

Timer is 16 months old - I can hear it working faintly, and it appears to advance through timed no-heat cycle correctly. Circuit tester reads closed circuits correctly according to the installation paperwork.

Have I eliminated everything but the motor? Is there a safe way to jump this?

Here are your parts
Parts for Whirlpool LER8620PW0 Dryer - AppliancePartsPros.com

See he attachment for the wiring diagram.

Best to check the motor start circuit.
Unplug the unit and set the timer to mid scale timed dry, guard switch off (if it has one). Meter set on most sensitive meter scale.
Place\attach one meter lead on Neutral (could use the power cord) and leave it there.
Check both sides of the door switch (door closed), both should be 0 ohms.
Check T and W on Timer Switch 4. Both should be 0 ohms.
Check 5M (white) at the motor. Should be 0 ohms.
Check 4M at the motor. Should be around 1 to 2 ohms (motor windings).
Check Blue at Push to Start. Both should be 1 to 2 ohms when push to start is pushed.
Check BU at the timer. Should be 1 to 2 ohms when Push To Start is pushed.
Check BK at the timer. Should be 1 to 2 ohms when Push To Start is pushed.
Check L1 (Black) at the line cord. Should be 1 to 2 ohms when Push To Start is pushed.

There that is the motor start/run circuit. If it all check out OK, I would say that the motor is toast.

Great, thank you! I'll stumble through that list, and this time I won't be guessing :).
