Probably a common question, but I did a search on my model number and did not find anything so here goes.

I am getting a loud repetitive squeaking noise when the dryer is running. I am guessing it is a bearing or several bearings. I went to the parts section and there is a bearing kit (Model AP2619300) for my unit.

My questions are:
Is this the likely culprit?
Is it hard to replace?
Is there anything else I should replace while I am in there?

Thank you for your help and advise.

That part is notorious for causing what you're describing. The drum will need to be removed in order to install. Not a real hard job if you're somewhat handy. As far as anything else to replace, you'll need to look around while you're in there. Long as you're in there be sure to clean up any lint build ups.

Part number: AP2619300

Sorry to be repetitive, but I was wondering if there were any other bearings or guides or belt that I could replace while I had the dryer open.

Thanks.

Here's some other items. The glides come in two different colors, you'll need to see which color yours are.
