I have a ge refrigerator that when you dispense ice it gets stuck in the door. The hatch that ice has to go through is not opening. I replaced the solenoid, hatch and spring. Still not working. Is it the control board. How can I test the two wires coming out to the solenoid to see if it is the control board? any wither suggestions would be great.
