Hi,

My Admiral dryer stopped heating all of a sudden. Looking in the port I saw that the ignition works fins but it would lose flame after a few mins. If I restart it the same thing happens. Trying it a third time without giving it time to cool down results in nothing. I purchased new coils from this site and just installed them. The same thing is happening. What should I be looking at next?

thanks in advance.

Hi Darin,

If the flame does reignite every time when the igniter comes on and the new gas valve coils did not fix this problem then very likely the gas valve itself is bad.
