Model Number: DBVH512GF1WW Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
I have a GE gas dryer and it is not heating fully. It buzzes faintly for maybe twenty seconds at a time. I took the dryer apart and checked the two coils for continuity. One checked out fine, the other was outside the range on digital scale.
I checked the continuity on the igniter and that was fine. I could also see it glowing. The duct has been cleaned too. I ordered a main coil and replaced it, but that did not fix the problem. Do you think it could still be the igniter? Thanks. Ads By Google Related Models |
