Our dryer is inconsistently heating. I checked continuity on the fuse and thermostats last week - all are good. Removed the vent pipes to check for blockages - checked the external house flap - all is clear and clean. Ignitor will go on and gas will ignite flame, but does not stay on through cycle. Is this a coil issue or is there a way to check if a coil is good/bad? Any other suggestions?

I recently changed the two coils and it seems to be working fine now.
