Hello,

We have a LG true steam sensor dryer (model DLGX2802R) that is running but not drying the clothes. When I open the dryer during the cycle, it is not warm. A medium sized load (less than half of the dryer volume) ran for 4-5 hours last night and the shirts were still wet.

I have cleaned the front lint filter. What should I test next? Is there a diagnostic test I can run?

Thanks!
