E1 error, thermosts resistance o.k., new control board no improvement...
Model Number: 11072066101 Brand: Kenmore Age: More than 10 years
I've had a tech out to work on my dryer. The thermostat's resistance was above 10k and varied with heat application. We ordered a new control board from you but it is still giving the E1 error. The wire showed continuity between the board and the resistor.
What could be the problem? Should I replace the thermostat? This is getting frustrating. Ads By Google Related Models
