Squealing sound from GE stack dryer
Model Number: WSM2700HAWWW Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
Successfully repaired the washer, now a couple of months later the dryer is acting up. Owner reports that the dryer squeals while running, suspects the belt is going bad. Haven't had a chance to check it out myself but historically this looks to be the culprit. Any suggestions on the possible root cause and pointers on replacing the belt (if that is indeed the problem)?
