Dryer Flame Goes out after 30 seconds
Model Number: CYG3005AWW Brand: Magic Chef Age: 1 - 5 years
I have a dryer that starts and lights the burner. The burner goes out after 30 seconds. I have replaced the high limit sensor, radiant sensor, and thermal fuse (my fault for running with the front off). The sensor I have left is the cycling thermostat.
The schematic I found inside the dryer said it could be a bad seal on the drum. What do you think? Also the cycling thermostat on your website looks like it has two connectors. I have five wires going to mine. p/n AP4047610 I have also taken vent apart and cleaned thoroughly. The vent pipe is only 3 ft long with two elbows. Thanks for your time.
