whirlpool senseon dryer abnormal

Model Number: GEW9868KQ3 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 1 - 5 years

My Whirlpool Senseon dryer is two and a half years old. Today when I turned it on to operate, the Automatic Cycles functionality selects the Casual option automatically and is stuck there. It won't let me select any other option. Does anyone know anything about this?
