Hello everyone.

I have an over/under Kenmore washer/dryer combo that sounds as if there are screws loose on the outside of the dryer drum when it is turned on. It can also sound like a wrenching rubbing noise. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Chris,

The model number you posted is not a valid Kenmore model number. Verify and repost it please.

Chris,

Where did you find it? The model number should be on top of the dryer, on the dryer door frame or under the washer lid.

Sorry I just saw this message. I will look again for a different model number.
