My Maytag Neptune gas dryer starts, heats up and runs for a few minutes. After the heat turns off, the drum spins for a couple of minutes, but stops after the heat fails to reignite. There is a clicking sound when the heat tries to reignite, but the igniter does not glow. I have replaced the thermal fuse and gas coil valves. What should I try next? Thank you.

What is the complete model number of the dryer?
Does it do it on all cycles?
Gene.

Thanks, Gene. That is an expensive part - is there a way to test the unit to confirm that this is the issue?

There are two relays in the control board. One operates the motor while the other one operates the heater. And if it would not fix the problem you can return the part if you order it from APP.
Gene.
