Shout out to all that helped in diagnosis of problem. Thanks to Simon for final answer. The motor was the answer, & got prompt delivery to repair unit. Only thing I would change is possible more direct answers to Q's when asked. Some people may have more mechanical experience than others and answers to specific Q's is very helpful and integrates into my decision making process making faster repairs possible. I am very grateful, don't get me wrong; but the knee jerk (common answers/parts) sometimes don't apply to symptom explained. ie. Now have thermal fuse and push start parts not needed but recommended by blog experts. No problem however ; just elongated repair process. Never would have found motor dead if not for deep pool of experience demonstrated by Simon. Technique impressive and not thought of by others trying to help. Please share those elements w/ staff of volunteers. Again very grateful Thanks for your considerations. JVW
