Hi.
Do you mean there is no heat at all or just not hot enough?
You will need the multimeter to troubleshoot.
If no heat check the continuity of the: heater, thermal cut-off, hi-limit and cycling thermostat. When checking - unplug the dryer.
The access to all this parts is from the back (you need to remove the rear panel).
When checking the continuity take off one wire from the contact.
The heater Part number: 4391960

The hi-limit kit Part number: 279769

The cycling thermostat Part number: 694674
