It use to work then it just wont power on we had ordered the computer board and it still does not work, do you have any advise. when the door is open the light inside works so we know there is power but the buttons to power up wont light up

Try to get into the diagnostics.

I would check the door switch just because the light works does not mean that the Normally Open contacts in the switch are closing.
By looking at the tech sheet you should get a beep when the door is closed.

Check that you have 120 volts at the board P1-2 to P1-5

yes i do have 120 at p1-2 and p1-5 all the time

If the control board is getting the correct power and the keypad checks out OK then the control board becomes the prime suspect especially if you get no beeps at all.

Unfortunately this is a crap shoot, I have never been able to find schematics of the boards so you cannot do any real on board troubleshooting.
All you can do is check the board for obvious problems re: blown components.

So the troubleshooting technique becomes if everything else is OK it must be the control board.

i have install a new control board a few days ago and nothing hapend so i test all the posible fail points and all test good soo im getting a new keypad hoping to solve this nihgtmare, i dont know what else may be
