GE dryer heats - LOW only

Model Number: dshr333evowb Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years

Dryer heats on low temp only regardless of temp switch position. (i.e. HIGH
or LOW) Could this be the heating coils only or a thermostat or both? Thanks
