I have a Samsung Electric Dryer DV218AEW about a year after I got it sensor dry no longer worked. It kept going back up to 58 minutes after already running 58 minutes, and not stopping when clothes were dry. I switched over to timed dry. It has been working fine on timed dry until now. It now countsdown to 1 minute and keeps running and stays at 1 minute. It is random, does not happen all the time. Sometimes it stops fine. I tested with out clothes by running for 6 and 7 minutes, and it stopped fine. Some loads work fine as well.

I have cleaned lint, removed lint trap cleaned it, cleaned around were lint trap is seated, taken out sensor bar removed metal bars to clean out all lint. Then I replaced with a new sensor bar anyway.

I already replaced the PCB with AP4568171 (DC92-00162B) PCB ASSY 1. ( original PCB was a DC92-00162A.

From what I have read this part is what should fix the issue. I have also read about other people replacing the PCB and still having the problem, until they replaced that part a few times. I tried to find the page but couldn't again. So I am wondering if I need to try again or if there could be something else wrong with the dryer.
