Model Number: LER4634PQO Brand: Whirlpool Age: 1 - 5 years
DRYER RUNS BUT HEATER DOES NOT COME ON. HAVE 120 VOLTS TO ONE TERMINAL OF HEATING ELEMENT (power is through thermal fuse side), other terminal has no power, measuring with wire disconnected.

With the wires connected to the terminal block you should have 120v on each side.
If this checks out, test your thermal fuses/thermostats and finally test the heating coil. It should have continuity, 10 to20 ohms resistance and check to make sure it is not grounded.
