Looks like the problem is a bad gas valve coils.

I check it today and actually the flame does come back on then turns off in about one minute then keeps doing the same on and off

If not the coils then the problem can be restricted air flow through the dryer air ducts and/or vent line.

where is the gas valve coil located? what tools will I need?

They are located on top of the gas valve. You have to remove the front panel to access them. No special tools needed.

Dear Gene, I'm a little confused still, the part number you gave me was different than the part order # when I clicked on the website. So, do I have to replace all 3 coils?
