Model Number: 110.67422600 Brand: Kenmore Age: 1 - 5 years
I haven't quite come across similar situations, so I figured I'd post here for some advice. I recently acquired this electric dryer second hand. If I use the timed cycle, the timer continues to advance after the timed cycle stops. That is the cycle ends, the buzzer sounds and the tumbler stops but the timer continues to advance into the next cycle and the heating element is on. This does not happen if I run the dryer in the Auto cycle mode. I was looking for advice on where to begin troubleshooting.
I've also noticed that dryer seems to take extra long to dry and yet will be very hot at times. I am going to evaluate the venting system and attempt to clean out the interior lint today. Thanks Ads By Google Related Models |
