Kenmore 110 does not heat and does not turn off
Model Number: 11076512695 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years
Dryer runs, but does not heat. Also does not turn off after cycle is complete.

Remove the rear panel. Check the thermal fuse (#9 at the attached diagram) for continuity. Replace it if there is no continuity.
- The thermal fuse Part number: AP3132867 Gene.

Took out the fuse - no continuity. Jumper'd the connection - got heat. One point for Gene.
Now, the other issue is the dryer does not turn off. The timer runs through the cycle, then hangs up at the OFF point. Timer Switch?
