I have just installed the ignitor that I ordered from you. However, I can see it will just light up for a few seconds and die down. What could be the problem?
No fire is emitted.

No fire is emitted. The most common reason for this problem would be the coils on the gas valve, as long as you definitely know the unit is getting gas. Part number: AP3094251
