IF there is 240 volts going to the dryer it sounds like it,s your heating element.Go to the back of the dryer pull the plug and remove the back panel. You will see the element housing on the lower right side remove the screw and take out the element to see if there is a break in the coil,if so replace element.

Default no break in heating coil

Doesn't seem to have any breaks in the heating element. Could it be one of the operating thermostats?

It could be, do you have a multimeter if so check for continuity on the thermostats, they should not be open . If there ok put everything back in place and try the dryer on the heat cycle. While running grab the timer knob and try moving the knob up and down lightly hold it in the position for a minute or two then check to see if there is heat in the drum.If so replace timer.

yes You could jump each part with a heavey peice of wire .Remove the wires from each thermostat ,one at a time, jump each one checking to see if there,s heat. THIS IS ONLY A TEST, DON,T LEAVE A THERMOSTAT JUMPED AND USE THE DRYER If you find the dryer working after you jumped a thermostat,Relace that thermostat.USE CAUTION WHEN CHECKING ELECTRICITY..
