We received a used dryer and I cant get it to just continually spin. It runs for a minute or 2 and stops then starts up again and just keeps doinig it. i dont know if this is suppose to do it or not??????? I just pulled a few things out that were in there for 20 mins and they where barely warm? If I use the timer i cant use the settings and visa versa. Help!!!!!
