My dryer just stopped producing heat. It still turns on and tumbles just fine, but no heat. I've tested continuity on the heating element, the thermal fuse, and the hi-limit thermostat and the all seem to be fine. I've also turned the breaker off and on. Can someone give me some advice as to where else to look for the problem?

I found the problem. It was the Thermal Cut-off thermostat, as shown here:
