Hi, The dryer (end of cycle) buzzer will not shut off unless the door is open (or unless the dryer is operating).
How do I isolate the problem, and then, how and where do I order the part?

The trouble sounds like it,s in the push to start button. Set of points stuck. Srart button is not to expensive to replace

I agree with abbie..sounds like your switch is stuck
