Model Number: FDG336RES2 Brand: Frigidaire Age: More than 10 years
I have a Frigidaire gas dryer that will no longer heat.
Orignially the dryer heated well, however the slide was bad and was eating clothes, I fixed the slide, let dry and about 2 days later went to try out the dryer and the clothes were still wet. NOT GOOD! So I been trying to figure out the problem, ok so I paid the gas bill and have gas. So that isn't the problem. and yes I did have to check that I took the front off and watch it glow bright and then shut right down, the glowing thing that is. The dryer will spin still. I do have a meter to test however, not sure what parts could be the problem and how to properly test them. I am hoping that this is a cheap fix because, other than being cheap, Im broke too. I have found the break down diagrams to find the parts, if someone could kindly talk me through trouble shooting this I would be more than greatful Please explain it as if you were talking to a 3rd grader, you wont disrespect me. Thank you again. Ads By Google Related Models |
