Model Number: DVL223EAOWW Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
The back panel of the dryer gets very hot but the clothes do not get hot in dryer. Checked vent and it is not clogged. Cannot touch back of dryer when it is on. Heating element is working, just not getting into dryer. Please help if you can.
