HELLO I HAVE A ELECTRIC DRYER WHIRLPOOL MOD.LEB63OOLWO DOESN'T HEAT.I CHANGE NEW HEATING ELEMENT CUT-OFF 309 DEGREES AND THE NEW THERMAL FUSE BUT STILL DOESN'T HEAT I CHECK IT WHIT AM PERIMETER MARK 0 OMS, I CHECK THE ELECTRIC OUTLET AND POWER IT'S 240 VOLTS. THE HEATING ELEMENT DOESN'T HEAT IT HAS ELECTRICITY ON BOTH OUTLETS. I APPRECIATE YOUR HELP. THANKS :rolleyes::(

with dryer unplug pull one of the wires off the heating element on check to see hom many ohms you have. if it is open you need a new element.
